Josh spent the majority of his career developing software for organizations like Lockheed Martin, General Electric, and NASA. After gaining experience with those large companies, he spent some time working his way down the corporate ladder with smaller companies in an attempt to scratch his problem-solving itch. When that didn’t work, Josh ventured out on his own to start what is now Ghost Creativ.

A 12 year navy combat veteran, Tim has spent years leading IT folks towards success on four continents and half of the worlds oceans. After leaving the Navy Tim worked in the finance, construction, healthcare and utilities industries growing his experience while earning his degree in Project and Supply Chain Management. Tim brings out of the box thinking and empathy to Ghost Creativ, all the while streamlining the day to day operations.

Chenny, initially a sensors engineer for Wabtec's Tier 4 locomotives, transitioned into a versatile software developer. His engineering background, focusing on reliability and failure modes, paved the way for his foray into tech. Merging engineering with data science, Chenny developed web applications that integrated data visualization. His expanding skill set soon included mobile application development. Presently, Chenny stands out for crafting adaptable and forward-thinking software solutions, leveraging his strong foundation in engineering.
