What we use it for: Project Management, Content Management, Lead Management

Cora, Shawn and I have been using SmartSheet recently and we love it. We are a small team and we've traditionally been bad about organizing our projects and content even though we know better.

A few months ago when we brought Shawn on board, I knew that part of his role was going to be to get (and keep) us organized. He found a few tools and picked SmartSheet as the winner. The deeper we dive into it the more we realize just how powerful it is.

Their features are great, but their documentation is world class. Most companies can take a note from them when it comes to clearly and concisely conveying instructions about features they offer.
